Dedication for Conifer Health's new headquarters set for Wednesday

Conifer Health Solutions, a Tenet Healthcare Corporation subsidiary, will dedicate its new corporate headquarters March 19. Conifer Health’s new headquarters is the largest build-to-suit project in Frisco’s history [four-story, 200-000 square-foot]. The size of the space will allow Conifer Health to nearly double its workforce to 1,200 employees in the coming months and will put the company in contention to become one of the top two employers in Frisco. Conifer Health is currently the fifth largest employer in Frisco with more than 700 employees [11,000 nationwide].

Distinguished guest speakers include Congressman Sam Johnson (R-TX), Frisco Mayor Pro Tem Jeff Cheney and representatives from Duke Realty, the Frisco Chamber of Commerce and the Frisco Economic Development Corporation. Duke Realty developed the project which was brokered by JLL.

The ribbon cutting ceremony comes exactly one year from the day that the healthcare services company broke ground for the new site. Additional information, including building images can be found in here.

Conifer Health has more than 17.5 million patient interactions across all service lines, manages $25 billion in patient revenue, and provides technology and health management services to support care management for more than 4 million lives, annually.

Conifer, a subsidiary of Dallas-based Tenet Healthcare, now employs about 700 people in Frisco. The new building, which will be formally opened with a ribbon-cutting Wednesday, can accommodate 1,200 employees.

Duke Realty developed the four-story, 200,000-square-foot building at the northeast corner of the Dallas North Tollway and Warren Parkway in Frisco. It includes an employee training center, conference center and parking garage. The project is one of Frisco’s largest custom-build jobs to date, and the expansion will make Conifer one of Frisco’s three largest employers.

The company is currently the fifth largest employer in Frisco. The company previously leased space in the Hall Office Park in Frisco.

Conifer processes millions of health care payments each year for clients in 40 states. The company was created from Tenet’s Patient Financial Services group, and has grown to more than 11,000 employees nationwide helping more than 700 clients strengthen their financial performance and enhance patient’s health care experience. Conifer reports revenue of about $1 billion per year.
